Consultations

A training consultation is an opportunity to discuss anything related to your training or climbing. This service is included through my 1:1 coaching, but is also available as a one-time commitment for general recommendations. Consultations may be held in person or via Zoom.

Here are some examples of things we might discuss: 

-How to structure your climbing for the month/season/year

-Actionable strategies to address mental, technical, or physical weaknesses in your climbing

-How to manage your training load

-Big picture stuff (i.e. goals for your season/year/lifetime and how to get there)


Custom Training Plans

I also offer custom training plans, which include a one-time training consultation to discuss your goals and training history. Each plan is created custom for you and your goals and includes 8-12 weeks of specific programming depending on your timeline and preference. Training includes a mix of skill-based drills, general strength training, and mental and tactical suggestions. If you have experience training, but need a little guidance, this option may be right for you.
